The Lasnetski Gihon Law Scholarship

Lasnetski Gihon Law is pleased to announce the Lasnetski Gihon Law Scholarship Awards. We will be providing applicants with the opportunity to earn one of three $1000 scholarship awards to further their academic career.

We represent clients in three areas of law that often come with negative perceptions by members of the general public - criminal defense and immigration. We are looking for applicants to thoughtfully, articulately, creatively and constructively demonstrate the positive impact attorneys can have on people's lives through criminal defense, immigration representation.

Why do we need criminal attorneys, immigration attorneys?

Have fun. Be creative. Use your own personal experiences or create a story of your own. It's up to you. Just make it educational and entertaining.

To be eligible for any one of the three scholarships, applicants must:

1. be a high school senior or full time college or law student within the United States
2. create a video that is less than 5 minutes
3. upload the video to YouTube
4. include a link to www.slgattorneysflorida.com/scholarship in the YouTube video description
5. have written permission to use all content used in the video
6. not use profanity or obscenity
7. submit an application using the Lasnetski Gihon Law Scholarship Award form after uploading the video.

You may submit an application and video for each of the three scholarships if you'd like, however each applicant is eligible to receive only one scholarship award.

All entries must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm eastern on Monday, April 9th, 2018.

Applications must be submitted by filling out and submitting the form below after creating and uploading your video entry. Applications will not be considered if your video entry is not uploaded on Youtube prior to submitting the Application Form.

Video entries will be selected based on the message, creativity, and quality of the video at the sole discretion of Lasnetski Gihon Law. Winners will be notified by phone or email within four (4) weeks after the application deadline. Winners will also be posted on this website. Funds will be disbursed directly to the financial institution and are to be awarded for educational purposes only.
